Initially a majority of the work will be focused on providing advisory services which enable new businesses to shape their core and launch. A key element to this play is to automate the process and launch a light weight APP that can quickly serve clients and quickly build the company’s reputation as an entity that can quickly launch business ventures and also make business concepts marketable and funding ready for early investment. The strategy will serve as a main marketing function for deeper business in the future.

J-Newton Innovation and R&D Services Limited (JNE Innovation) will be responsible for the theoretical element of Innovation and projecting / relaying key concepts to clients. The company will be deeply focused in research and keeping abreast (360) with industry advances and future direction. The firm will be tasked with the complex task of overseeing “Industry Knowledge Warehousing”. The company will structure and setup an Innovation Technical Network that serves as a major resource first for the group of companies and then for the Industry. The network will give us access to critical industry information from industry players directly from their technical departments.

J-Newton Human Capital Management Limited (JNE Manpower) is focused on absorbing talent from local systems, ensuring that they obtain & have marketable soft and technical skills that make them globally competitive and elite manpower. JNE Manpower will function like an HR Agency but with a twist we will also use innovative digital platforms to ensure that the bridge between the industry and education system can be effective. Mentoring Companies and Trainees / Talent – output equals trained products / / Technology. The company will also function like a talent agency that will in placing talent look to do more than just place persons but also contribute to developing systems that redefine the HR standards landscape in Africa (Global standards).
